I love this episode.

A lost opportunity. They could've cut in the actual street scenes with the office scenes as almost a dream sequence. As it turned out, what should've been one of the movie's greatest show-stoppers wound up being neutered (despite having three incredible talents performing in it). Bad decision on the part of the director/producers.

I saw this live! Back then I was around 19. He was touring two years in a row about 1979 at the Roxy,(the other time he came was Santa Monica). I was close enough to touch his shoe! I touched the 1970s Tim Curry! We worshipped him. He oozed sexuality

This film really reminds me of Withnail and I, I bet it must have been an additional inspiration to Bruce Robinson. The character of Shirley is so much like Paul McGann's portrayal of Marwood's perplexity as the chaos flairs up around him. Big plus that and the gorgeous Beth Porter was in the cast as well.

Tim Curry can really sing he's got a strong voice.
